About us

Elliott Poultry Farm Inc. has been a family-run business under the Elliott name since 1874, with a rich legacy of agricultural excellence. Nestled on 275 acres of farmland, we have proudly operated in poultry production for over 50 years. Our current operations are led by the dedication and expertise of the Elliott family, with over 3,000 laying hens that produce high-quality eggs, catering to the needs of our community and beyond.

The farm's journey into poultry production began in 1966, thanks to the vision of W. Ross Elliott, who set the foundation for what has become a thriving and sustainable operation. Alongside poultry farming, we grow a variety of field crops, including corn and soybeans. A portion of these crops is used as feed for our animals, while the surplus is sold, providing additional revenue and helping to support the farm’s ongoing success.

At Elliott Poultry Farm Inc., we believe in producing the highest quality eggs for our customers. We take pride in maintaining a stable and sustainable operation through the supply management system, which ensures a fair and reliable income stream while supporting local food production.

“Our passion for poultry farming drives us to consistently provide fresh, high-quality eggs, and we are committed to preserving our family’s heritage of farming excellence. Our commitment to sustainability and ethical farming practices has enabled us to thrive for over a century and look forward to many more years of serving our community.”

As we continue to grow, we remain dedicated to upholding the values of hard work, sustainability, and quality that have been the cornerstone of the Elliott family farm for generations.
